Terms and Conditions
- Booking, Confirmation & Payment of Services
- For Day Tours we request a payment of 20% deposit to hold your tour date.
- In order to complete a booking a deposit for a multi-day tour what we require is 20% of the tour cost per day to reserve the tour dates. The dates will not be reserved until the deposit is received.
- When the deposit is received, we will send you a booking confirmation of reservation to confirm a binding contract between “Your Irish Tour” and the “Client”.
- It is your full responsibility to make sure that all dates are correct on your confirmation.
- Once the confirmation is made, we reserve the right to alter some or all of the tour, including cancelling for circumstances not anticipated or predicted, out of our control or force majeure. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued minus 10% of administration fees.
- Full payment of the balance for any tour is to be made 30 days before the tour date.
g. The balance of the entire reservation must be paid no later than 30 calendar days before the departure and if we have not received the balance by then we see this booking as not departing or cancelled.
h. Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer/wire. Visa & Mastercard credit cards are both accepted. Whatsoever bank charges that are associated with bank transfer or wire transfer will not be incurred by Your Irish Tour. This also applies to refunds.
Changes to reservation
a. It may happen that you may request a change in dates or the content of your itinerary after we have confirmed your booking. If this is the case any changes may result in an increased cost. If the date you require is available, we will most certainly accommodate you up to 30 days before the tour start date free of charge. This is subject to availability.
Client Cancellations
- We must receive you cancellation at Your Irish Tour by email.
- If we have confirmed a booking and you should decide to cancel, cancellation fees will be calculated from when the date the client’s email is received.
- If a client wishes to postpone or reschedule a tour, they can do so up to 30 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation Fees are as follows:
The deposit paid is refundable up to 30 days before the tour commences minus 10% administration fees. The deposit is non-refundable after this time.
Cancellation up to 14 days before “x” tour commences will be subject to a loss of 50% of tour price minus deposit.
Any cancellation for “x” tour within 14 days of commencing will result in 100% loss of the tour price.

Insurance
- a. The price of your booking does not cover any travel insurance.
- We strongly recommend that you take out a full comprehensive insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.
- Your Irish Tour reserves the right to refuse a passenger travel unless they have arranged satisfactory insurance.
- We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss,
or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.
- General
- The laws of the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the European Union must all be obeyed while on our tours.
- You must inform us in writing of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your tour commences. Any mobility issues must be made know prior to your journey. We have no wheelchair accessible vehicles, but we have ample space in some of our larger vehicles to accommodate fold up wheelchairs or assist frames.
- We take no responsibility for medical care and its related expenses during your tour.
- Visas, passports, permits and vaccination certificates required for travel must all be in place.
- Once you book a tour with us you accept all responsibility for any damage. Damage to our property will be made payable to Your Irish Tour and in the event it is to a third party payment will be made to them.
- The driver guide is at his/her discretion at any point of the tour to cancel if there is a risk to our client’s safety, because of weather etc. They have the last say.
- Your Irish Tour will not accept responsibility for bad weather conditions and tours will only be cancelled where we feel it unsafe to proceed.
- Special requests would have to be made in writing well before your tour. We will endeavour to make it happen, but we cannot guarantee that this will be the case.
- The likelihood of a complaint is quite unlikely but if this be the case we ask you to allow the driver guide to become aware of the issue and if possible they will resolve the situation j. if it is within their control. If this cannot be the case make a complaint to us in writing within two weeks of the incident and will investigate the matter.
- Under no circumstances is smoking ever permitted on any of our vehicles
