These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Your Irish Tour (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
A booking is confirmed once:
A deposit has been received, and
A written booking confirmation has been issued by Your Irish Tour.
A binding contract exists between Your Irish Tour and the Client once confirmation is sent.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details, dates and passenger information are correct at the time of confirmation.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your selected tour date.
A deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to reserve your dates.
Tour dates are not secured until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date.
If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
We accept payment via:
Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
PayPal
Bank Transfer
All bank charges associated with transfers are the responsibility of the Client.
All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on current operational costs and may be subject to adjustment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Government taxes
Fuel costs
Currency fluctuations
Third-party supplier changes
If a price change occurs after confirmation, the Client will be informed before final payment is due.
Clients may request changes to dates or itinerary content up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability.
Changes may result in additional costs.
We reserve the right to alter routes, timing or attractions where necessary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns or operational requirements.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges are calculated from the date written notice is received.
30+ days before departure: Deposit refunded minus 10% administration fee
15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost charged
14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost charged
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of departure.
Clients may request to reschedule their tour up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to availability.
Rescheduled tours may incur additional costs if pricing has changed.
Your Irish Tour shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Road closures
Strikes or industrial action
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Public health emergencies
In such circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. Where cancellation is necessary, refunds will be issued minus reasonable administrative costs.
Tour prices do not include travel insurance.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Cancellation
Medical expenses
Personal injury
Loss or damage to personal belongings
We accept no responsibility for personal loss, theft or medical expenses incurred during the tour.
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports and visas
Travel documentation
Compliance with local laws
Disclosure of relevant medical conditions
Ensuring fitness to travel
Your Irish Tour must be notified in writing of any mobility or medical conditions prior to departure.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Your Irish Tour acts as a provider of private transport and guiding services.
We are not liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
Delays caused by traffic or weather
Missed connections due to unforeseen circumstances
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by Irish law.
The driver-guide reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour where safety concerns arise, including adverse weather conditions.
The driver-guide’s decision regarding safety is final.
If an issue arises during your tour, please notify your driver-guide immediately so that it may be addressed.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.
For transfer-only services:
Flight times must be provided in advance
We monitor flight arrivals
Delays beyond reasonable waiting time may incur additional charges
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
By confirming a booking with Your Irish Tour, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
